The bail of a pendant is the loop or hook that holds the chain or cord. Bails are prone to getting damaged, worn, or weakened over time, increasing the risk of losing your precious pendant. Bails come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They can be very attractive and can even be attached to the pendant rather than being standalone pieces.

Sometimes bails are simply missing or badly damaged; in that case, we will supply and attach a new one with a high-quality bail of your choice. Sometimes it has most of the bail intact with one broken or bent portion; in that case, we will simply repair it using the latest techniques and tools.
