1. Our metalsmiths perform a thorough inspection to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you leave your appointment. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the weld spot within 48 hours, we will reweld it at no charge.
2. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged chains, as the wearer's lifestyle and other external factors are beyond our control.
3. If your item breaks, there is a $20 service fee to reweld it. Please visit our office for these services.
4. With parental consent, we weld jewelry for anyone over 10 years old. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
