Pricing: The price of the chains depends on the size.

Maintenance:

Though designed for durability, the chains are not indestructible. Proper care, including regular cleaning, is essential once you leave the office. Customers must sign off on the inspection to verify that the chain is secure and properly sized, and to acknowledge care instructions.

Final Sale: All permanent jewelry sales are final due to the custom nature of the service.

Terms & Conditions

1. Our metalsmiths perform a thorough inspection to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you leave your appointment. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the weld spot within 48 hours, we will reweld it at no charge.

2. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged chains, as the wearer's lifestyle and other external factors are beyond our control.

3. If your item breaks, there is a $20 service fee to reweld it. Please visit our office for these services.

4. With parental consent, we weld jewelry for anyone over 10 years old. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
