Availability
We aim to fulfill all confirmed and paid orders. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and refund your payment within 30 days. If part of your order is unavailable, we may ship the available items first and send the remainder later.

Right of Return
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, with certain limitations. Items purchased from Concierge Jewelry, Diamond, Bridal and Repair can be returned in their original condition. All diamond jewelry and semi-precious jewelry can be returned within one week from the date of purchase and all gold, platinum, and silver jewelry without stones can be returned within two weeks from the date of purchase.

When returning your item(s) by mail, make sure to package it securely and along with all original sales receipts and packaging materials. Once the shipping is initiated, make sure to share its tracking code with us.
Please note that the items that are damaged, altered, or sized in any way cannot be accepted for return. Additionally, custom-made jewelry, including custom-engraved items, cannot be accepted for return. After all the inspections are done, your refund will be processed within a week.
